The Role

Working alongside the General Manager you must have an accomplished background in managing the sales division of a 4* or 5* hotel/accommodation.  Self motivated and confident your professional approach will continue to develop and manage the top corporate accounts for this hotel.  Managing a team of sales professionals you will ensure all KPIs are being delivered and maximum sales potential is reached at all times.  Previously as a Sales Manager you will have supported and implemented sales and marketing activities whilst leading and driving sales performance against hotel budgets.  As a leader you will also demonstrate people management and the ability to grow the team in future.
